Heliski

Altitude Helibike & Ski

Our heliski spots are located in the high valley of Cinca, in the town of Bielsa, surrounded by legendary peaks over 3,000 meters above sea level, like Monte Perdido, La Munia or Posets… A remote and wild area, far from traffic jams and overcrowding, where you will enjoy an indescribable atmosphere of solitude and high mountains. Fly surrounded by white mountains, land on the summit, and begin an epic descent together with your friends and a professional who will guide you through the best descents in the area… A unique and exceptional day in one of the most beautiful and wildest areas in the Pyrenees!!! The day starts with a nice welcoming coffee, to introduce ourselves and get to know each other. Your guide will explain the dynamics of the day and, after safety equipment (DVA, shovel, probe and ABS backpack) is given to you, we will do a practice to familiarize ourselves with its handling. We will only need the briefing of operations with the helicopter to be totally prepared and to face the day with absolute security. And finally, the most awaited moment arrives!!! We start our turbine and take off, together with one of our experienced pilots, towards one of the peaks of the valley. There begins a day that we hope you will not forget for a long time. We will be at all times with an internationally certified High-Mountain guide —UIAGM accreditation—, the highest qualification in mountain, who will ensure full safety and guide us through the safest areas so that you only have to worry about one thing… ENJOYINGGG!!! After making the descents, we will return to the starting point to have lunch together, share emotions, and remember the best moments of an unforgettable day of Heliskiing…

All our activities are carried out with a guide, and safety equipment —DVA, shovel, probe and ABS backpack— is provided. A good level of skiing is required, especially on untreated snow, as well as a good physical level and bringing equipment and clothing in good condition. We move in a high-mountain environment, which has nothing to do with the safe and controlled realms of a ski resort. Therefore, depending on the weather conditions and avalanche risk, either our guides or pilots may vary the planning of the activity so that it is always carried out as safely as possible.
